Job Responsibility:

  • Advanced multi-source readiness in partnership with TPM and CE to reduce single-source risk
  • Worked with Engineering to define OOC and geo-diversification strategies to strengthen supply resilience
  • Developed and executed risky-buy strategies supporting both NPI and mass production ramps
  • Work with TPM and Engineering to establish costed BOMs and clarify NRE assumptions at each NPI milestone
  • Lead product cost and NRE reviews, bridging gaps and negotiating with power vendors
  • Prepare budgetary pricing for internal and external stakeholders to support early decision-making
  • Drive budgetary approval processes to unlock NPI and supplier readiness
  • Manage POs end-to-end—from creation through delivery
  • Define business and supply-chain models aligned with platform and CSP requirements
  • Partner with MPM to review manufacturing fixture needs and capacity plans based on CSP enablement requests
