Job Description

We are seeking a strategic Senior Sourcing Manager / Sourcing Manager in the medical device manufacturing sector. This is a pivotal role where you will oversee end-to-end strategic sourcing and supplier development, ensuring our supply chain is robust, compliant, and cost-effective.

Job Responsibility

  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute category strategies for metals and electronics to support high-precision manufacturing
  • Supplier Development: Identify, audit, and onboard high-performing suppliers while fostering long-term strategic partnerships
  • Compliance & Quality: Ensure all sourced components meet stringent medical device regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 13485)
  • Cost Management: Drive cost-reduction initiatives through effective negotiation, value engineering, and total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis
  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively manage supply chain risks to ensure zero disruption to production lines.

Requirements

  • Industry Expertise: Mandatory experience in Medical Device Manufacturing
  • Category Knowledge: Proven track record in sourcing various commodities
  • Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in strategic sourcing or procurement management
  • Skills: Strong negotiation prowess, analytical mindset, and the ability to navigate complex global supply chains.
