Meta is seeking an experienced professional to join our Global Strategic Sourcing organization as a Global Sourcing Manager, with a primary focus on the Construction & Projects category and flexibility to support other Workplace Services categories. This is a unique opportunity to work with a wide variety of internal teams and impact the company's growth by providing sourcing solutions. As part of the Strategic Sourcing organization within Finance, this team is responsible for end-to-end sourcing, which focuses on three main pillars as part of our Service Model: - Category Management: Developing and executing category strategies to meet business needs - Supplier Management: Building and maintaining strategic relationships with suppliers - Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions. This role will be responsible primarily for sourcing solutions in the areas of Construction & Projects, and may also support categories such as Facilities, Security, and Culinary. You will work closely with business teams to provide Meta with innovative, efficient, sustainable, and high-value third-party solutions. This position supports global projects and may require international travel.
Job Responsibility:
Develop collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across Meta to strategically develop, implement, and optimize sourcing solutions
Serve as a strategic and trusted sourcing advisor by developing comprehensive category strategies, bringing key industry insights, and identifying supply market opportunities
Build and cultivate strategic supplier relationships through structured relationship management programs, driving value beyond cost savings
Lead complex contract negotiations that optimize value to the company, leveraging deep understanding of cost models and ROI drivers
Leverage AI agents and tools to enhance sourcing workflows, improve efficiency, and elevate strategic decision-making
Proactively identify, track, and manage risks across projects and categories, ensuring compliance with sourcing policies across the Source-to-Pay journey
Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing peers and cross-functional partners to deliver integrated solutions
Drive process improvement and innovation initiatives that build scalable, repeatable sourcing capabilities
Manage, coordinate, and support special and complex global projects, balancing business requirements with technical constraints
Requirements:
Proven success negotiating complex contracts, breaking down cost models, and understanding ROI drivers in both financial and business contexts
History of building and maintaining strategic relationships with business leaders and supplier executives
Track record of implementing category strategies, strategic sourcing initiatives, and process improvement programs
Knowledge of legal, financial, and technology components of sourcing
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, supply chain, procurement, finance, management, or a related discipline
Adaptability and flexibility to navigate and support different sourcing categories as needed
Skilled in leveraging quantitative data analysis, industry trends, and spend data to develop strategies and identify optimization opportunities
Experience implementing and driving supplier management programs
Experience managing global categories and engaging multiple stakeholders across different regions
10+ years of experience in Sourcing & Procurement, with exposure to Workplace Services categories
Proven AI literacy with demonstrated ability to apply AI tools in day-to-day sourcing work to drive impactful outcomes
Demonstrated ability to drive change, manage conflict, and build consensus across diverse perspectives

Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
