Job Description

We are seeking a Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Consultant to support end-to-end sourcing initiatives and procurement operations. This role partners closely with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to drive sourcing strategy, supplier selection, and contract execution while ensuring compliance and alignment with organizational goals.

Job Responsibility

  • Partner with business leaders to define sourcing priorities, conduct market research, and lead source selection initiatives
  • Advise business units on sourcing strategies to optimize outcomes and support organizational objectives
  • Manage sourcing events with pre-qualified vendors and perform market analysis to identify viable suppliers
  • Lead the full RFx lifecycle (RFP, RFI, RFQ), including preparation, issuance, evaluation, and vendor selection
  • Develop Statements of Work (SOWs), Change Orders, and sourcing documentation in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Negotiate contracts, including MSAs and BAAs, ensuring favorable financial and legal terms in partnership with Legal, Compliance, and InfoSec
  • Administer NDAs, risk assessments, and supplier due diligence processes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, leadership, and external suppliers
  • Ensure adherence to procurement best practices, compliance standards, and internal policies
  • Monitor supplier performance and address non-compliance with SOWs and SLAs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Privacy, Compliance, Information Security, etc.) to ensure smooth and compliant procurement processes

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end RFx processes (RFP, RFI, RFQ)
  • Strong background in supplier relationship management and contract support
  • Experience with market research and spend analysis to inform sourcing strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and align procurement efforts with business goals
  • Solid understanding of procurement best practices, risk management, and compliance in corporate or regulated environments
