A rare opportunity for a capable Senior Enterprise Sales Consultant to join a prestigious Insurtech Vendor, focusing on both new business and assigned global strategic accounts. Working on a hybrid basis with 2-3 days per week in London, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership around value realisation for Reinsurance Clients, driving revenue growth and expanding engagement. Job Responsibility

  • Drive global revenue growth for new reinsurance business and ensuring a validated multi-year roadmap for designated accounts
  • Build strong, long-term client partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Develop and execute account strategy and lead virtual account teams, including sales, solutions, services, and partners
  • Develop long-term business strategies to support customer innovation
  • Build and manage C-level relationships with strong governance and executive engagement
  • Focus on new business and developing account footprints through strategic planning and partner collaboration
  • Proactively identify customer challenges and provide solutions

Requirements

  • B2B Enterprise Software Solutions Sales within P&C Insurance market essential
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets within the Reinsurance market
  • Experience with long term planning of resources, technology and account structure
  • Proficiency with Salesforce
  • Ability to effectively lead a cross functional team by focusing on strategic outcomes
  • Keen to work very regularly at client sites in London (Must be based within 60 mins commute of C London)
