We're looking for a collaborative, entrepreneurial, driven Sales Manager based in Singapore to build and scale AlphaSense’s Corporate Strategic sales business across Asia-Pacific. You will lead and inspire a diverse team of APAC Regional Strategic Account Executives, focused on driving revenue and growing AlphaSense’s Top 120 Corporate Strategic Accounts in collaboration with Sales Leadership & Account Executives across the Americas & EMEA. The core focus of this role is sales execution - developing top talent, building pipeline, closing strategic deals, scaling repeatable motions, and delivering Enterprise value to our customers. Collaborate
Shape regional territory strategy of global accounts in partnership with Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success Leadership
Work cross-functionally across U.S. & EMEA sales leadership, marketing, product,and customer success to create a unified, customer-centric approach
Partner with Pod Leaders based in the U.S. & EMEA to translate global account strategy to APAC regional account strategy in partnership with your team
Lead with Insight and Influence
Act as the voice of the customer, bringing field insight into product, pricing, and strategy conversations
Build trust and credibility with senior client stakeholders to strengthen strategic partnerships
Contribute to commercial planning cycles, influencing headcount, investment, and growth strategy
Requirements:
Proven Sales Leadership
Experience building and scaling high-performing new business sales teams in SaaS or high-growth tech
A consistent track record of exceeding targets while leading with discipline, clarity, and accountability
Experience selling to strategy, research, or insights functions is a plus
Deep understanding of the Singapore and broader APAC market—able to navigate cultural, commercial, and operational nuances to drive regional success
Mandarin speaking skills are preferred but not required
