We're looking for a collaborative, entrepreneurial, driven Sales Manager based in Singapore to build and scale AlphaSense’s Corporate Strategic sales business across Asia-Pacific. You will lead and inspire a diverse team of APAC Regional Strategic Account Executives, focused on driving revenue and growing AlphaSense’s Top 120 Corporate Strategic Accounts in collaboration with Sales Leadership & Account Executives across the Americas & EMEA. The core focus of this role is sales execution - developing top talent, building pipeline, closing strategic deals, scaling repeatable motions, and delivering Enterprise value to our customers.   • Partner with Pod Leaders based in the U.S. & EMEA to translate global account strategy to APAC regional account strategy in partnership with your team
  • Lead with Insight and Influence
  • Act as the voice of the customer, bringing field insight into product, pricing, and strategy conversations
  • Build trust and credibility with senior client stakeholders to strengthen strategic partnerships
  • Contribute to commercial planning cycles, influencing headcount, investment, and growth strategy

Requirements:

  • Proven Sales Leadership
  • Experience building and scaling high-performing new business sales teams in SaaS or high-growth tech
  • A consistent track record of exceeding targets while leading with discipline, clarity, and accountability
  • Experience selling to strategy, research, or insights functions is a plus
  • Deep understanding of the Singapore and broader APAC market—able to navigate cultural, commercial, and operational nuances to drive regional success
  • Mandarin speaking skills are preferred but not required
