We’re hiring a Strategic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to own outbound pipeline generation for net-new enterprise and strategic accounts and drive impact across our Enterprise sales organization. You’ll work closely with Enterprise & Strategic Account Executives and EMEA sales leadership to engage complex buyer personas, generate qualified opportunities, and help scale our outbound motion.
Job Responsibility:
Own strategic outbound prospecting into net-new enterprise and strategic accounts through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach
Partner closely with Enterprise & Strategic Account Executives to align on target accounts, messaging, and territory strategy
Qualify prospects through consultative discovery and track activity and pipeline in CRM and sales engagement tools
Requirements:
1–2+ years of experience in a pipeline generation role or highly process-oriented environment
Fluency in German, with the ability to prospect and communicate confidently with German-speaking stakeholders
Experience with complex, consultative sales cycles and outbound prospecting into new accounts
Strong communication skills, a sense of ownership, and alignment with our values

Experience selling into enterprise or strategic accounts within B2B SaaS or technical products
