Job Description

The Intern will work alongside Associates, Research Managers and Project Managers in the Strategic Research team to support them with delivery on multiple projects in different industries.

Job Responsibility

  • Data entry and updating of the CRM database
  • Assist in onboarding administration and compliance of top industry subject matter experts into the Guidepoint network
  • Assist the team and Project Managers with other administration and / or operational tasks
  • Coordination of phone consultation sessions for subject matter experts in Japan
  • Assist with occasional industry research across multiple sectors based on project needs in the team
  • Assist the Strategic Research team with their outreach strategy to approach relevant subject matter experts
  • Operate with a teamwork mentality that leads to building and maintaining strong relationships with other Guidepoint colleagues

Requirements

  • High level fluency in both Japanese and English
  • Able to work 5 days a week and commit to a minimum of 3 months
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree and above
  • Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn
  • Hard working and diligent
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Effective time management skills
