Job Responsibility

  • Lead strategic relationship management and partnership development with senior stakeholders across the construction sector and public sector/government bodies
  • Build and maintain high-level, influential relationships with executives and delivery partners, acting as a trusted advisor

Requirements

  • Proven experience in strategic relationship management, partnership management or senior stakeholder engagement roles
  • Construction sector experience or strong working knowledge, including supply chains, delivery environments and commercial drivers
  • Experience of working within, or closely with, the public sector / government environment, with an understanding of governance, assurance and accountability
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in complex, multi stakeholder settings, balancing competing priorities and interests
  • Strong strategic thinking, able to set direction, identify opportunities and manage issues proactively rather than reactively
  • Excellent relationship building and influencing skills, with credibility at senior and executive levels
  • Highly developed organisational and prioritisation skills, able to manage multiple workstreams and long term objectives effectively
  • Confident in working autonomously, exercising sound judgement and owning outcomes without reliance on task by task direction
  • Able to analyse complex or ambiguous information and translate it into clear, actionable insight for decision makers
