Job Description

The Strategic Recruiter will support both internal talent acquisition and external client recruiting initiatives. This individual will partner closely with leadership to identify, attract, and present top talent across engineering, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, and leadership functions while helping drive recruiting effectiveness and organizational growth.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for internal professional and leadership positions
  • Recruit independent contractors for project-based client engagements
  • Develop sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality talent
  • Source candidates for engineering, operations, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain roles
  • Partner with leadership to understand hiring priorities and workforce needs
  • Screen, evaluate, and present qualified candidates to hiring stakeholders
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ATS tools to build talent pipelines
  • Maintain candidate networks for current and future hiring needs
  • Proactively identify talent in competitive markets
  • Track recruiting activity, pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness, and candidate presentation metrics
  • Provide recruiting updates and market insights to leadership
  • Deliver a professional and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Represent the organization positively in the marketplace

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience within engineering, technical, operations, professional services, or related industries
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Organized, proactive, and metrics-driven approach
  • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
