Job Description:

The Strategic Proposal Consultant supports the growth of Aetna membership by managing the development of customer-focused proposals and takes accountability for the quality and timeliness of responses. Candidates must be self-motivated, team players, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

managing the development of customer-focused and strategically oriented proposals
project management of low to medium complexity RFPs
discussing strategy and ensuring it is reflected in proposals
responding to proposal follow-up
completing ad-hoc requests
participating in project initiatives

Requirements:

2+ years of project management, sales support role desired
knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet Explorer
proven time management abilities
experience managing multiple priorities

Nice to have:

knowledge of health insurance industry is desired
request for proposal (RFP) experience
