Job Description

As a Strategic Projects Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving Satispay's strategic initiatives and new product launches, contributing to strengthening our market position and driving revenue growth. Working from our Milan HQ as part of the CEO Office team, you'll be the engine of our change and growth across the entire Satispay Group.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead Strategic Initiatives - Spearheading large-scale programs, critical product launches, and complex transformational initiatives, navigating ambiguity and driving clarity
  • Drive Collaborative Planning - Partnering with diverse departmental stakeholders (Finance, Tech & Product, Legal & Regulatory, Marketing, Business Development, etc.) to meticulously craft robust project plans and critical paths
  • Ensure Project Excellence - Proactively identifying, monitoring, and mitigating changes in project scope, issues, and risks to ensure successful delivery and outcomes
  • Oversee Project Portfolios - Providing strategic direction and comprehensive oversight for a diverse portfolio of projects, each with unique timelines and complexities
  • Solve Complex Business Challenges - Tackling intricate business problems by developing innovative, data-backed solutions with a consistent user-first approach
  • Influence & Partner with Leadership - Cultivating strong relationships and effectively influencing C-level stakeholders, ensuring alignment on strategic objectives and project execution
  • Champion Best Practices - Developing and implementing new methodologies, best practices, and frameworks that enhance efficiency and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the company

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree (e.g., Engineering, Business)
  • at least 2-4 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting or a fast-growing scale-up
  • FinTech experience is a strong plus
  • Exceptional management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • proven ability to lead, mentor, and build consensus across diverse project teams and departments
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
