Job Description:

Strategic Projects Analyst role at Fever, the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. The role involves working at the intersection of technology and live events, leading strategic plans aligned with Fever's goals and client requirements in a fast-paced international environment.

Job Responsibility:

Lead development and execution of strategic plans with Business Development
Analyze market trends to support business development strategies
Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, finance, product, engineering, and operations
Oversee detailed project plans and apply strategic insights
Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities
Serve as bridge between senior management and operational teams
Manage relationships with key external partners
Supervise crafting of project documents
Lead communications and provide clear updates
Drive market-specific strategies
Evaluate project scalability and impact

Requirements:

Native-level English and German proficiency
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
1+ years of experience in strategic project management or business development
Advanced analytical skills
Strong leadership abilities
Exceptional communication skills
Innovative thinking
Learning and adaptability
Strategic planning experience
Technical proficiency with CRM tools and project management software
