Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical, scientific, or business-related field
Minimum 4 years’ experience leading projects or workstreams in complex, cross-functional environments — migration and implementation experience preferred
Proven track record of delivering business-critical initiatives
Experience with agile transformation, operating model implementation, or systems integration is a plus
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams
