Job Responsibility

Act as a trusted consultant and advisor, helping clients identify long-term goals and align technology with business strategies
Build and nurture lasting client relationships through regular touchpoints, roadmapping sessions, and value-based recommendations
Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation, providing forward-thinking solutions
Lead the end-to-end execution of workflow-driven applications, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
Serve as the Product Owner on behalf of the client—interpreting high-level business needs into detailed requirements and user stories for the development team
Manage and guide technical teams to build workflow applications using low-code and automation platforms
Facilitate ongoing backlog prioritization and delivery adjustments, aligning with evolving client needs
Represent the client’s vision—translating high-level business needs into clear, detailed requirements and user stories
Ensure that deliverables are aligned with long-term client objectives, not just short-term fixes
Participate in roadmap planning to help clients evolve their platforms strategically over time

4+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
Proven success leading enterprise-scale projects with multiple workstreams and evolving requirements
Strong understanding of real estate, title, escrow, lender, or underwriting operations (or a willingness to learn quickly)
Excellent organizational and planning skills, with a demonstrated ability to coordinate complex projects and keep stakeholders aligned

Job Responsibility

Participate directly: In addition to project management responsibilities, engage directly in portions of the implementation as assigned by the Principal

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical, scientific, or business-related field
Minimum 4 years’ experience leading projects or workstreams in complex, cross-functional environments — migration and implementation experience preferred
Proven track record of delivering business-critical initiatives
