Job Description

Arrive is looking for a proactive and commercially-minded Strategic Programs Intern to join our Strategic Programs team. This role is central to the rollout and optimization of our Merchant of Record (MoR) commercial program while providing critical support for broader Business Unit (BU) initiatives and strategic projects. This internship offers hands-on experience in a dynamic, high-growth environment , providing high-impact exposure to cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Data, and Product teams. You will assist in driving key business outcomes through commercial strategy, pipeline management, and department-wide operational support

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in the creation of high-stakes pitch decks and the refinement of value propositions to support the Merchant of Record (MoR) commercial program
  • Support the Strategic Programs team in managing and tracking the commercial pipeline, ensuring data accuracy and milestone visibility
  • Serve as a bridge to the Payments Pricing team to ensure commercial offers are aligned with current fee structures and financial models
  • Sit in on cross-functional meetings for various strategic programs to assist with documentation, action item tracking, and program alignment
  • Own the coordination of All-Hands materials, including reaching out to internal teams to gather updates and design cohesive presentations
  • Support the creation and organization of L&D materials specifically for Payments onboarding to streamline team knowledge transfer

Requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled at a regionally accredited university
  • GPA of 3.5 or higher preferred
  • You are curious and want to learn
  • You engage well with others and communicate effectively
  • You have solid analytical skills
  • You can take direction and ask for assistance as required
  • You can work in a team environment and support creation of team deliverables (analysis, recommendations, presentations and reports)

  • Partnering with Legal Engineers to design and deliver deployment plans, including workplanning, sequencing, and execution
