Job Description:

Strategic Program Manager role focused on driving key revenue-generating initiatives across the Global Brand Partnerships team at Fever, the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. This high-impact role involves shaping and delivering strategic workstreams across monetisation of Fever Originals and Media Product, lead generation, go-to-market strategy, and overall performance optimisation.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and support revenue-driving initiatives
Oversee integration of brand partnerships into Fever Original events
Manage relationships with IP owners and production partners
Build scalable processes to improve efficiency and outcomes
Drive collaboration between internal BP and cross-functional teams
Act as strategic consultant on commercial proposals and delivery materials
Conduct regular performance reporting
Build and execute data-driven lead generation strategy
Develop and refine Fever's Brand Partnerships go-to-market strategy
Own Fever's Brand Partnerships presence on lead-generation platforms
Analyse current media offering and how it is packaged and sold
Identify blockers that prevent scalability or revenue growth
Partner with Growth & Data team to build continuous reporting frameworks

Requirements:

3-6 years in a project management role or 2+ in consulting background
Solution-focused, identifying problem areas and creating plans to find resolutions
Strong communication skills and proven track record of building positive working relationships
Highly organised and efficient
Strategic and analytical thinker
Excellent eye for detail and accuracy
Good standard of numeracy and literacy
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
Curious and keen to push boundaries and try new concepts
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential
