Job Description

This is a strategic, transformational role driving NetApp's India GTM with Microsoft Azure. The position owns joint selling, partner collaboration, pipeline growth, and sales execution for Azure NetApp Files (ANF). The role works closely with Microsoft, NetApp field teams, and cloud-first sellers to accelerate enterprise and SMEC growth, build a strong ANF pipeline, and deliver revenue outcomes.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive joint GTM with Microsoft: partnering, co-selling, and sales execution
  • Build and manage stakeholder relationships across Microsoft, NetApp, and partners
  • Develop and execute sales growth plans, including pipeline creation and revenue forecasting
  • Hunt for new customer acquisition for Azure NetApp Files (ANF)
  • Identify new workloads in existing accounts and expand ANF adoption
  • Collaborate with field sellers to drive Azure-based opportunities
  • Act as the entry point for cloud-first resellers and internal teams
  • Support customers in solution evaluation, deployment, and removing roadblocks
  • Build and scale NetApp's Azure portfolio across enterprise customers

Requirements

  • Strong experience in territory & account management (pipeline, forecasting, deal execution)
  • Proven ability to solve customer problems using cloud (Azure preferred)
  • Experience in cloud/SaaS sales and consumption models (1P, Marketplace exposure preferred)
  • Track record of co-selling with partners and executing joint GTM motions
  • Knowledge of enterprise workloads: cloud migration, hybrid cloud, infra modernization, DevOps
  • Ability to build and manage a sales pipeline and campaigns collaboratively
  • Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and leadership skills
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Azure ecosystem (strong advantage)
  • 5+ years in sales (cloud or annuity-based tech preferred)
  • Prior Microsoft ecosystem experience is a plus
