Job Description:

We are looking for a senior Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing for the Corporate category, define and execute category strategies, manage key suppliers and senior stakeholders, drive value creation, and enhance data driven decision making across all relevant categories. Within CCHBC, the Corporate category covers key indirect spend areas including Personnel, Travel, Real Estate, and Professional Services.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and lead Group-level category strategies, ensuring alignment across 29+ markets
  • Act as the trusted advisor to senior business leaders and represent Procurement in high-impact corporate initiatives
  • Lead complex, high-value negotiations and Group-wide sourcing programs, ensuring strong compliance, governance, and commercial outcomes
  • Manage and elevate strategic supplier partnerships, including framework agreements, rate structures, rebates, and performance governance
  • Leverage CCHBC–TCCC synergies and scale opportunities to maximize value
  • Drive innovation, digitalization, sustainability, and ESG integration in category strategies and supplier management
  • Own Group savings and value delivery targets, ensuring fact-based decision making grounded in robust data analytics
  • Represent the category in CEPG governance, ensuring global alignment and best-practice deployment

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of professional experience
  • 8+ years in senior strategic procurement roles at regional/global level
  • Demonstrable expertise in Corporate/Indirect categories (Professional Services, Travel, Real Estate, HR/Personnel) with end-to-end responsibility for strategy, governance, and delivery
  • Proven ability to lead multi-country strategic sourcing programs with significant financial impact
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated track record of leading high-value, high-complexity negotiations with top-tier suppliers and advisory firms
  • Strong track record of negotiating with top-tier global advisory firms and corporate suppliers
  • Experience operating in a high-matrix, multicultural environment with influence at VP/Senior Leadership level
  • Ability to shape direction without direct authority
  • Demonstrated capability to drive innovation, digital transformation, and ESG integration across categories
  • University degree (Business Administration, Engineering, Finance or similar)
  • Master’s degree / MBA preferred
  • CIPS or equivalent certification required
