The pricing landscape is evolving quickly — with outcome based pricing logic, usage-based and hybrid models, agentic pricing mechanisms, and clients increasingly expecting flexibility in how they structure and consume solutions. This role will actively monitor market trends, assess competitive pricing movements, and iteratively improve our pricing framework based on real market feedback and performance data. The role partners closely with the Sales organization on deal-related matters and sits alongside the Data Analytics Team, contributing to analytics, automation, and AI-driven initiatives.

Drive the ongoing development and refinement of the outcome based pricing model
Iteratively improve pricing logic based on deal outcomes, win/loss data, and market feedback
Identify structural improvements to packaging, model flexibility, and monetization approach
