Job Description:

The Sales Strategic Planning & Operations group is looking for an experienced business leader to help drive organizational planning, strategic initiatives, and overall operational improvements for Enterprise GTM efforts at Meta. This leader will shape our cross-channel sales strategy for enterprise solutions, such as Business Messaging and Business AI. They will partner with leaders across sales, marketing, partnerships, finance, product marketing, HR, etc. The primary objective of the role is to drive product and business connection through cross-channel strategy, planning, and operations. This role requires someone who has a skillset to juggle a range of tasks, including, but not limited to, resource planning and analysis, business goal definition, business reviews, sales pipeline reporting and analysis, internal communications, ad hoc analysis, coordination and leadership of critical projects across the company.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and improve planning process, including but not limited to goal-setting, project prioritization, headcount planning, etc
  • Frame decisions and contribute a data point of view on how to scale the business
  • Partner closely with Sales and Partnerships leaders and internal stakeholders on key business initiatives, programs, and special projects
  • Be the person who can connect the dots between teams to identify areas for improvement, efficiency, and collaboration
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies
  • Combine qualitative information with data analytics to make comprehensive recommendations
  • Lead business reviews for product and business Leadership of enterprise solutions to drive decision-making and review progress on goals and priorities (e.g. monthly/quarterly business reviews, sales pipeline reviews). Present to an Executive audience
  • Drive key leadership and cross-functional meetings to facilitate alignment on opportunities and issues to address

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in strategic planning and/or business operations in the technology industry, messaging space, enterprise SaaS / cloud, or relevant industry
  • Experience leading strategy, operations, process improvement, and tactical projects. Experience leading and presenting sales revenue reviews, including pipeline reports
  • Leadership and influencing skills – experience leading/influencing stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Experience working cross-functionally with leadership in developing and executing successful plans in an environment of fast growth and ambiguity
  • Results and detail oriented, with commercial/business acumen and communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience in spreadsheets (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets) and presentations (e.g. Google Slides, PowerPoint)
  • Experience shifting priorities, balancing multiple initiatives at once, and maintaining organization
  • Experience using AI tools to drive increased productivity across all deliverables

Nice to have:

  • Experience supporting AI product development and scaling business models for AI products
  • Experience in Enterprise SaaS and/or cloud businesses, sales operations, and programs
