Job Description

Lead the company's strategic planning initiatives to ensure the effective execution of growth, profitability, and operational efficiency objectives. Provide decision support to senior management by developing financial, commercial, and operational analyses, and contribute to the definition of strategic priorities. Oversee budget planning, actual performance tracking, and target comparisons; identify performance gaps and define corrective actions through variance analysis. Monitor key financial metrics, particularly P&L and OPEX, and develop actionable recommendations to enhance overall profitability and financial performance. Analyze sales performance, store productivity, cost structures, and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities and support business performance optimization. Initiate and lead projects focused on process improvement, efficiency enhancement, and resource optimization, while ensuring strong cross-functional collaboration. Assess market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to deliver strategic insights and recommendations that strengthen the company's market position. Prepare executive-level presentations, performance reports, and strategic evaluation materials for senior leadership. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that strategic decisions are effectively translated into operational execution.
