The Marketing Strategic Planning and Operations team is seeking an experienced, strategic professional to support the Business Marketing Group (BMG). This person will manage complex strategy projects and drive operational programs and rhythms of business for executive leaders. We are looking for a leader who excels at taking on complex, cross-functional initiatives, drives efficiency, and champions the integration of AI to transform processes and business impact. Job Responsibility:
Identify, structure, and solve complex problems, using data to inform recommendations and distill insights
Lead the identification, piloting, and scaling of AI solutions, measuring impact on productivity and operational improvement
Define, implement, and refine efficient organizational operations and rhythms of business for BMG, continuously seeking process improvement opportunities
Drive annual strategy planning processes, and work with executive leadership to define and track organizational level goals
Communicate proactively across all organizational levels to ensure transparency, alignment, and to drive change management
Proactively identify misalignments, resolve roadblocks, escalate critical issues, and ensure marketing teams are set up for successful execution
Support leaders by distilling insights on their team resourcing and headcount
Work with cross-functional partners including Analytics, Product, Sales, Sales Strategy & Ops, Insights, Communications and HR to enable informed business decisions and resource allocation
Requirements:
Bachelors degree
8+ years experience in strategy or operations
Proven project management and organizational skills, with experience simultaneously managing multiple high-priority projects
Experience performing complex analysis and structuring recommendations for an executive audience
Experience collaborating and building relationships within dynamic, matrixed organizations
Skill at communicating complex concepts clearly and simply, across all levels of an organization
Success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives under tight deadlines
Adept at balancing attention to detail with big-picture strategic thinking
Understanding of the Marketing function and its core competencies
Nice to have:
Prior experience in management consulting or in-house strategy and operations
Familiarity with B2B Marketing and/or the digital advertising industry
Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in business operations or marketing workflows
MBA or related graduate degree
Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
