Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the preparation of the five-year strategic plan, consolidate financial projections, align mid- and long-term strategies, and develop strategic management presentations
  • Analyze sector trends, market indicators, and competitive dynamics to produce regular reports and presentations aligned with Aygaz’s strategic objectives
  • Design and implement comprehensive financial models to support senior management in strategic decision-making (current operations and new ventures)
  • Support end-to-end M&A transactions, including valuation analysis, sensitivity testing, due diligence, and SPA negotiations
  • Coordinate material financial and operational decisions across Aygaz Group companies
  • Prepare and deliver strategic presentations for senior stakeholders, including Board meetings

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, or Engineering (MBA is an advantage)
  • 2–5 years of experience, ideally in strategy, corporate finance, or M&A advisory, with a strong financial background
  • In-depth knowledge of due diligence and M&A processes
  • Proven experience in strategy and business development projects, including the ability to design and manage both qualitative and quantitative aspects
  • Strong problem-solving skills for complex, cross-functional challenges (finance, marketing, strategy, operations)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
