Job Description

A Strategic Planner acts as the central integrator across channels who connects business goals to data-driven messaging, integrated campaigns, and full-funnel execution—driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact. What makes this role exciting: Own end-to-end planning across the full buyer journey; Work at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution; Drive pipeline impact, not just campaign outputs; Collaborate across teams as the central growth orchestrator; Be part of a RevOps-first, AI-driven demand generation model. We are looking for a Strategic Planner (RevOps & MOps-focused) who will bridge strategy and execution by aligning messaging, channels, and systems to drive full-funnel performance. This role will own end-to-end planning of digital marketing programs, ensuring that messaging strategies are effectively translated into orchestrated campaigns by closely working with Performance Marketing, SEO, Web, Creative, and MOps—while maintaining strong visibility into pipeline and revenue impact.

  • Translate strategy into executable campaign plans with clear deliverables and timelines
  • Ensure seamless coordination and alignment across teams
  • RevOps-Led Funnel Planning

  • Campaign Measurement & Performance Insights
  • Partner with MOps to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting
  • Analyze performance across channels and campaigns to derive actionable insights

  • Align messaging and campaigns to high-value accounts and key personas
  • Sales & Marketing Alignment

  • Collaborate with RevOps and Sales teams on lead flow, scoring logic, and engagement strategies

Requirements

  • RevOps Thinking & Funnel Orientation
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel metrics, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact
  • Ability to translate marketing efforts into measurable business outcomes
  • Strategic Planning with Data Backbone
  • Experience building data-informed messaging and campaign strategies
