The role focuses on acquiring, establishing, and managing relationships with key partners to enhance the Premier proposition and target mass affluent customers. Responsibilities include managing strategic partnerships, planning partner-related events, and implementing strategies for customer acquisition.
Job Responsibility:
Actively manages a network of potential and existing partners to continuously identify opportunities for engagement and customer growth
Works with channels to grow new customers and generate incremental customer activity as a direct result of events and partnerships catering to IWPB target market
Plans, implements, and manages effective and cost-efficient partner-related events for IWPB
Pursues business alliances with organizations to capture target market segments
Leads the execution of strategies to increase customer acquisition through partnerships and events
Formulates business strategies and identify business opportunities to increase the share of wallet of target customers through key business alliances/partnerships in collaboration with GPB and CIB, as applicable
Leverages on the acquisition offers that could drive successful partnerships
Ensures that referrals resulting from these events are actioned on, with target conversion to new business
Ensures that partnerships generate leads that support the achievement of NTB business targets
Ensure coordination, communication and alignment by leading cross-functional teams in implementing strategies and addressing key issues raised before, during, and after events
To participate in the planning and contribute to ongoing management of IWPB
Foster a strong customer centric business culture within the team and key partners
Develops and recommends changes and improvements to operating models, procedures and practices based on subject matter expertise and understanding of HSBC and market best practice
Understand and adhere to both the letter and the spirit of all laws, regulations and regulatory guidance that apply to role, promptly reporting any breaches in accordance with local procedures
Communicates and adheres to HSBC policy and procedures in order to ensure good operational, financial and project management, policy and procedural compliance and early identification and effective resolution or escalation of issues that arise
Contributes to the development, implementation and maintenance of a management information, analysis and reporting framework that supports and informs timely and effective business management and decision making at all levels
Contributes to the implementation and monitoring of the application of policies, governance frameworks, procedures, practices and standards to ensure quality, effective risk management and regulatory compliance
