As a Strategic Partnerships Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of partner driven innovation, supporting the evaluation of cutting edge solutions that strengthen our Digital Collections strategy. You’ll help shape proof of concept initiatives, ensuring they are governed effectively, rigorously tested, and seamlessly coordinated across teams. Job Responsibility:
Support the delivery of digital collections initiatives, working closely with the Strategic Partnerships Manager to drive innovation
Analyse performance data and insights to assess champion/challenger outcomes and inform decision making
Contribute to market research and benchmarking to identify emerging digital collection solutions and best practice
Assist in running vendor proof of concepts, from testing and evaluation through to cross functional coordination
Help manage partner relationships, including performance monitoring, governance activity, and contractual support
Identify opportunities to optimise digital collections journeys by understanding customer behaviours and process gaps
Produce clear documentation, business case inputs, and implementation materials in collaboration with commercial teams
Work with SCM, IT, Product, Delivery, Governance and Assurance teams to ensure smooth execution and KPI tracking across partner driven solutions
Requirements:
Experience working with digital collections platforms, fintech solutions, or adjacent digital ecosystems
Strong capability in managing vendors or strategic partners to drive performance and delivery
Confidence in supporting proof of concept activity, innovation testing, and solution evaluation
Awareness of regulatory considerations relating to collections, data usage, and customer treatment
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams
