We are looking for an experienced partnerships manager to join our team in France, specifically focused on the Food & Beverage / Agroalimentaire sector. The core purpose of this role is to open doors to Sales by strengthening Alan's reputation and awareness amongst HRDs and business owners in the food industry, and generating business opportunities through targeted field initiatives. While Alan has already signed a valuable partnership with employer associations dedicated to this segment, you will be the first Field Marketer dedicated to it on a full time basis, shaping our strategy and representing Alan on a daily basis in key food industry business networks and regional associations.
Job Responsibility:
Become an expert of the Food & Beverage market: Deep dive into the agroalimentaire sector to build actionable insights, understand specific challenges (price pressure, tough labor conditions, high turnover, rural locations), and upskill the sales team on market specificities
Develop verticalized sales materials: Work with Business Solutions and Product Marketing teams to create adapted pitch decks, objection-handling guides, and sales assets tailored to the formal, traditional business culture of the sector
Strengthen partnerships with industry associations: Build on existing relationships with AREAs (Associations Régionales des Entreprises Agroalimentaires) and expand to additional regional associations and national federations (ANIA, etc.)
Generate qualified business opportunities: Create qualified lead pipeline through field marketing initiatives, targeting key geographic clusters and main CCN categories
Raise Alan's brand presence in the F&B ecosystem: Organize or sponsor targeted events, develop content strategy, and position Alan as a recognized specialist in food industry HR challenges
Establish thought leadership: Position Alan within the Food & Beverage (F&B) community through strategic collaborations, speaking engagements at industry events, and content highlighting our understanding of sector-specific challenges
Requirements:
5+ years experience in partnerships roles, field marketing, event marketing, or sales development in B2B industrial sectors
Native-level French
Professional fluency in English (spoken and written)
Proven experience creating and executing localized marketing campaigns in regional markets
Strong ability to plan, execute, and measure event impact and ROI
Excellent networking and pitching skills with operational decision-makers and regional business leaders
Comfortable with traditional, formal business environments (family-owned businesses, multi-generational management)
Strong communication and content creation skills adapted to traditional industries

Strong ownership and accountability in delivering measurable results
Collaborative and able to influence cross-functional teams
