Telco Ecosystem Partnerships at Meta is key to our mission to build community and bring the world closer together via connectivity and access. This Indonesia SPM role is critical given the country's scale and strategic importance, serving as Meta's 3rd largest Family of Apps (FoA) market. You will work closely with Indonesia's three major telcos, who are pivotal in shaping digital growth, defining our market narrative, and acting as key infrastructure partners. You will utilize your experience in the mobile industry to coordinate go-to-market strategies and champion programs that deliver immense value to our partnerships.
Job Responsibility
Strategic Ecosystem Management: Strategically manage the Indonesian telco ecosystem to advance Meta's priorities across growth, revenue, experience, advocacy, and trust
Program Execution: Drive and scale a wide array of programs across FOS, Insights, Monetisation, Network Infra, Ads, Policy Advocacy, Business Messaging, and APIs
Relationship Building: Build long-lasting relationships and serve as a trusted representative and leader for Meta's key telco partners in Indonesia, engaging frequently across all levels
Go-To-Market Coordination: Coordinate the go-to-market of new and existing partnership programs, driving best practices to maximize program impact for both Meta and our partners
Market Strategy & Insights: Provide crucial market insights to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Navigate the intensifying landscape (such as the rapid growth of platforms like TikTok) to explore and evaluate strategic growth opportunities
Cross-Functional Leadership: Understand and manage cross-functional project interdependencies to achieve complex project objectives
User Advocacy: Influence and improve the user experience by identifying product-market fit gaps, acting as an advocate for the people using our family of apps in the region
Requirements
Extensive experience working within or with the telco industry, coupled with regional experience
Demonstrated knowledge of online and mobile business models and Internet/consumer technology
Influencing and negotiation skills necessary to navigate complex deals and nurture strategic partnerships
Track record of strategic execution and operationalization with little supervision
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding their priorities, and building relationships
Resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized
Communication skills to present effectively to audiences
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
Nice to have
Prior experience working in a telco/ technology company
Experience working cross-functionally
Additional local language skills relevant to the Indonesia are a plus
