Our client is an established property development group currently managing a significant industrial land and infrastructure project. As they expand their footprint, they are looking for a professional to bridge the gap between project implementation and external stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone experienced in navigating the regulatory landscape and supporting investor relations within the industrial property sector.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary interface between internal project teams and external parties, including government agencies, corporate investors, and service providers, to ensure smooth project delivery
Assist in building strategic partnerships and support investor engagement activities through professional briefings, meetings, and guided site visits
Prepare high-quality presentations, investment proposals, and promotional materials to showcase project opportunities to potential partners
Act as a central point of contact to efficiently address and resolve stakeholder queries or project hurdles
Maintain accurate stakeholder databases and track engagement history to support long-term relationship management.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, or a related field
Minimum 4 years of proven experience in stakeholder management, strategic partnerships, investment promotion, or project coordination
Prior experience working within an industrial park development, large-scale infrastructure project, or with investment authorities/government agencies is highly advantageous
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to monitor timelines and manage deliverable in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
