We’re looking for a Strategic Partnerships and Media Coordinator to help grow our podcast and wider media platform. This is a varied, fast-moving role sitting at the intersection of content, partnerships, and relationship-building. You’ll be speaking with senior lawyers, coordinating podcast guests, and helping bring high-quality media to life. You’ll work closely with the team behind Just Briefly — a video podcast featuring leading lawyers and legal figures, sharing how they built their careers and the expertise behind their success.
Job Responsibility:
Guest Outreach and Relationship Management: Identify and research potential podcast guests, including partners, senior lawyers, and industry leaders
Manage outreach and communication with prospective guests
Coordinate scheduling and maintain the podcast guest pipeline
Build and maintain strong relationships with industry contacts
Strategic Partnerships: Identify opportunities to collaborate with law firms, legal organisations, and industry groups
Support partnerships that expand the reach of the podcast and media platform
Coordinate communication with partners and contributors
Media and Content Coordination: Prepare podcast guests ahead of recording
Edit short-form video clips and highlights for LinkedIn and social media
Support the creation and organisation of promotional content
Assist with wider media and brand initiatives
Event and Project Coordination: Coordinate podcast recordings and guest logistics
Support media appearances, events, and collaborations
Help manage timelines and deliverables across multiple projects
Support the creation of LinkedIn content, articles, and marketing campaigns
Assist in developing content for newsletters, website updates, and brand initiatives
Contribute ideas to ongoing content strategy, including new series and formats
Work closely with the marketing team to maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels
Wider Content Creation for Sonder: Support the creation of LinkedIn content, articles, and marketing campaigns

Requirements:
1–4 years’ experience in a partnerships, media, marketing, or coordination role
Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders at once
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confident engaging with senior professionals (partners, executives, founders)
Highly organised, with the ability to manage timelines and priorities independently
Comfortable using video editing tools (e.g. CapCut, Veed, Premiere Pro or similar)
Experience using LinkedIn or social media in a professional or brand context
Nice to have:
Experience in legal, professional services, or B2B environments
Exposure to podcast production, media, or content creation
Experience in outreach, partnerships, or business development
A basic understanding of personal branding or content strategy
Familiarity with tools like Notion, Canva, or CRM systems
