Robert Half’s marketing & creative client is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Account Manager for a 3–6+ month contract in the Boston area, starting ASAP. This is a hybrid, 40-hour-per-week role; candidates must be able to work onsite 3 days per week. The Strategic Partnerships Account Manager will launch, manage, and scale strategic business partnerships, working cross-functionally to drive impactful collaborations and business growth.
Job Responsibility:
Source and nurture strategic partnerships to support business goals
Negotiate and finalize partnership contracts with third parties
Conduct market research and evaluate partnership opportunities
Build relationships with industry leaders and stakeholders
Collaborate across teams to launch and optimize partnerships
Analyze data, track KPIs, and report actionable insights
Present business cases and recommendations to leadership
Requirements:
Degree in communications, business, or related
4+ years of account management experience, including 2+ years in partnerships or business development
Prior contract negotiation and partner management experience
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
Excellent presentation skills
Strong project management skills
Self-starter
