Job Description

Robert Half’s marketing & creative client is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Account Manager for a 3–6+ month contract in the Boston area, starting ASAP. This is a hybrid, 40-hour-per-week role; candidates must be able to work onsite 3 days per week. The Strategic Partnerships Account Manager will launch, manage, and scale strategic business partnerships, working cross-functionally to drive impactful collaborations and business growth.

Job Responsibility

  • Source and nurture strategic partnerships to support business goals
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership contracts with third parties
  • Conduct market research and evaluate partnership opportunities
  • Build relationships with industry leaders and stakeholders
  • Collaborate across teams to launch and optimize partnerships

Requirements

  • Degree in communications, business, or related
  • 4+ years of account management experience, including 2+ years in partnerships or business development
  • Prior contract negotiation and partner management experience
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Self-starter
