You are the go-to market expert for driving local margin growth by leveraging our global partner ecosystem and connecting internal teams. You will help drive our guiding principles; supporting your Country’s goals and ambitions through the value of partnerships, orchestrating internal partnership resources to serve our business stakeholders and be the eyes and ears of the local markets, supporting a selection of key local strategic partners.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the GTM strategy for Adyen in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH)
Serve as the strategic advisor for our Country Managers and market champion for our local and global partners
Orchestrate cross-functional teams, leveraging Sales, Marketing, SDRs, and Account Management to maximize partner impact and new business generation
Develop and manage high-value and up to C-level relationships with strategic partners, system integrators, and market leaders
Shape and execute best-in-class partner enablement programs
Represent Adyen at industry and partner events
Drive partner recommendations, referrals, and co-sell opportunities
Collaborate with marketing and regional teams to design innovative campaigns and GTM activities
Act as a key ambassador for Adyen’s Partner Program
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in commercial, partnership, or go-to-market roles, with a proven track record of delivering measurable business impact
Deep knowledge of the DACH market, including key players, trends, and go-to-market dynamics
Fluent in German and English with experience operating in international, multi-cultural teams
Willing to travel domestically and internationally, proactively engaging with partners and key stakeholders outside standard working hours
