We are looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Strategic Partnership Executive to identify, build, and manage business partnerships that drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, strategic selling, and creating long-term value through alliances.
Job Responsibility:
Identify and onboard strategic partners (technology, channel, and referral partners)
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with partners and key stakeholders
Drive lead generation and revenue growth through partner channels
Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure partner success
Support joint proposals, pitches, and go-to-market initiatives
Track partner performance and prepare reports for management
Represent the company at events, meetings, and partner forums
Requirements:
Freshers/0-1 years experience in sales, partnerships, or business development
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach
Comfortable with CRM tools, presentations, and follow-ups
