At Factorial, we’re looking for a Strategic Partner Business Developer for the DACH market to help us take the company to the next level. You’ll play a key role in identifying, activating, and qualifying high-impact opportunities, working hands-on with strategic partners and leading tech players.
Job Responsibility:
Create and execute strategies and initiatives to maximize lead generation from our key partners
Strategize, generate, and qualify high-quality leads from our partner ecosystem
Engage with prospects via high-volume cold calling (60–80 calls/day), networking, email, e-marketing, campaigns, and social outreach
Coordinate calls and meetings between qualified leads and the Partner Sales team
Develop your own approach to researching and analyzing prospects to support sales efforts
Analyze prospect business needs, understand processes, identify requirements, and assess potential solutions
Confirm client needs, build initial client profiles, and help shape personalized solutions
Collaborate closely with PAEs, Demand Gen, CX teams, and Partner Sales Management
Requirements:
Native-level German
Fluent English
Previous experience in Sales (Customer Success, Project Management, Partnerships, or similar roles are highly valued)
Tech-savvy with a strong passion for digital innovation
Comfortable picking up the phone and engaging with prospects and partner stakeholders
Detail-oriented, accountable, creative, team-oriented, open-minded, self-motivated, and ambitious to grow in a fast-scaling team
Excited to actively contribute to constant improvement and evolution
Nice to have:
Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Loom, Excel, Notion, etc.
Background in Partnerships or Sales within a SaaS or digital environment
Solid understanding of how to build and execute successful outbound campaigns
