Just Eat Ireland is seeking a highly driven Strategy Partner (Retail Media) to accelerate the adoption of our Unified Top Rank (UTR) and Partner Plans across our Irish restaurant base. This is a high-impact commercial role focused on helping partners maximise their visibility and performance through our retail media and marketing solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Engage with a targeted portfolio of restaurant partners via outbound calls and digital channels to drive adoption of Unified Top Rank and Partner Plans
Use a consultative sales approach to demonstrate how marketing investment on the platform can increase orders, discoverability, and customer reach while proactively identifying opportunities to grow partner marketing budgets
Own revenue growth across your region through new sales, retention, and upselling of advertising solutions to consistently meet and exceed targets for UTR adoption, partner spend, and revenue growth
Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities through proactive outbound activity and plan your time effectively to maximise partner interactions while maintaining high-quality consultative conversations
Analyse partner performance data to understand visibility, order trends, and marketing effectiveness, translating insights into clear recommendations that help partners maximise return on spend
Work closely with Account Management and Strategic Accounts teams to align on partner priorities and share insights on partner behaviour to help refine sales strategies and retail media propositions
Contribute to the ongoing optimisation of sales processes and the retail media proposition while maintaining accurate reporting on regional performance, pipeline, and key commercial trends
Requirements:
Significant sales, business development, or advertising sales experience in a fast-paced environment with a proven ability to exceed targets through outbound activity
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify revenue opportunities while remaining comfortable negotiating and influencing partners to adopt new solutions
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills that allow you to quickly establish trust and credibility with restaurant owners and decision-makers
The ability to interpret data and performance metrics to guide partner strategy and translate insights into compelling commercial narratives
A highly motivated self-starter attitude with a strong drive for results and an entrepreneurial mindset regarding territory ownership
