We’re looking for a Strategic Partner Manager and CSP engagement specialist to lead and scale our Cloud Service Provider strategy in Japan. In this role, you will report to the Global Director of Cloud Alliances and work closely with the Japan Country leadership, Sales, Channel, and Global Alliance teams to build scalable routes to market through AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Japan. You will be responsible for designing, building, and executing a Japan-specific CSP plan aligned to local revenue goals and co-sell priorities. This includes executive engagement, marketplace strategy, enablement programs, and scalable revenue-generating initiatives tailored to the Japanese ecosystem.
Job Responsibility:
Own and execute the Japan CSP business plan across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with Japan-based CSP stakeholders across sales, marketplace, partner, and technical teams
Align closely with Wiz Japan Sales and Channel leadership to drive co-sell pipeline creation and acceleration
Develop and execute a Japan marketplace strategy (CPPO, MPO, MACC alignment where relevant)
Identify top pipeline opportunities and map ideal customer profiles to CSP field sellers and marketplace teams
Lead account-based co-sell strategy and deliver the “better together” narrative in Japanese to CSP field teams through enablement sessions, QBRs, and local events
Partner with CSP solution architect and technical communities to align commercial and technical motions
Plan and support Japan-based QBRs, EBCs, and executive briefings with CSPs and joint customers
Collaborate with Japan Channel and Distribution partners to develop triparty demand generation and transactional strategies
Support and represent Wiz at strategic and local CSP field events across Japan
Identify, create, and promote Japan-specific vertical win stories and localized use cases
Requirements:
5+ years of experience building and managing partnerships with at least one CSP (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), preferably within Japan
10+ years of experience in SaaS GTM, alliances, or channel roles
Deep understanding of the Japan CSP ecosystem, marketplace programs, and co-sell motions
Experience working within the Japanese business culture and navigating consensus-driven decision making
