Above-average degree, ideally with an economic / technical-mathematical background (business administration, economics, global business management, business mathematics or similar)
Professional experience in business development, consulting, partner and/or project management is an advantage
Strong organizational, analytical and conceptual skills combined with a quick grasp and high quality standards to penetrate complex contexts and hands-on mentality to quickly find and implement pragmatic solutions
Analytical, structured and independent way of working to continuously improve our processes based on data and facts and generate recommendations for action

Job Responsibility

Actively involved in our partner management team from day one and work closely with product management, business intelligence, C-Level and national and international partners
Responsible for a partner and country portfolio, further expand our partnerships and acquire new strategic partners for AurumCars
Actively monitor and analyze the competition as well as technological trends, conclude new contracts and negotiate exclusive offers for AurumCars
Prioritization and project management for the rapid implementation of your projects as well as the monitoring and analysis of the most important key performance indicators
Develop your own innovative concepts and business ideas to systematically improve the competitiveness of our offerings
Create meaningful analyses & reports such as booking forecasts and margin calculations and carefully monitor your KPIs to derive recommendations for future activities and strategic measures
