As part of this ambition, the Strategic Partner Management function plays a central role in shaping and scaling long-term, value-creating partnerships. As a Strategic Partner Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic growth agendas with ABOUT YOU’s key brand partners. You act as the interface between our partners and internal teams, combining commercial expertise, strategic thinking and strong project leadership. By leveraging ABOUT YOU’s platform capabilities and best practices, you will help build sustainable, mutually beneficial partnerships and actively shape the future of our brand ecosystem.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute strategic partner plans, including clear roadmaps, milestones and timelines
Coordinate partner-related initiatives across Buying, Partner Business and relevant internal functions and proactively address emerging challenges
Build and further develop a structured partner project and strategy landscape, covering seasonal, financial and long-term planning
Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and brand partners through transparent communication and structured collaboration
Prepare and steer meetings, ensuring clear objectives, decisions and follow-ups
Evaluate strategic and commercial opportunities and provide clear, data-driven recommendations
Prepare analyses, decision templates and presentations for senior management
Support setting and tracking of commercial growth targets for the partnership
Monitor financial and performance KPIs and translate insights into actionable measures
Lead cross-functional partner projects
Requirements:
At least 6 years of professional experience in commercial, partner-facing, project-driven or highly analytical roles in a consumer-oriented environment
Solid experience in e-commerce
fashion or lifestyle e-commerce experience is an advantage
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders
Strong ownership mentality combined with a structured, solution-oriented working style
Strategic and commercial mindset with strong analytical skills
Good understanding of the strategic needs and challenges of fashion and lifestyle brands
Very good communication and stakeholder management skills
Very good proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
