Job Description

We are looking for a Strategic Partner Manager in EMEA to step into the role of 'Global Co-Pilot'. In this high-impact position, you will own the global relationships with Akeneo’s most prestigious Independent Software Vendor (ISV), and System Integrator (SI) partners. If you thrive on orchestrating complex, multi-country alliances, influencing enterprise-level ARR, and aligning executive stakeholders across the globe, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibility

  • Own global relationships with Akeneo’s most prestigious ISV and SI partners
  • build and own executive-level relationships with assigned Strategic Partners ensuring global coordination and regional alignment
  • develop and maintain detailed measurable global business plans with each Strategic Partner
  • lead influence-based motions on large multi-country enterprise deals
  • connect cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Enablement, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • monitor enablement maturity of each partner using defined DSP criteria
  • ensure alignment with Akeneo’s global partner program rules
  • act as the voice of Strategic Partners in internal planning and support co-marketing and partner-led webinars

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in leading multi-country partner relationships in a high-growth B2B SaaS context
  • strong track record of driving sourced and influenced pipeline with partners and enabling sales teams to execute against joint plans
  • experience managing long-range partner roadmaps, setting targets, and operationalizing through quarterly and annual cycles
  • fluent in Salesforce-based partner tracking, Crossbeam account mapping, and pipeline hygiene standards
  • comfortable working across time zones and traveling internationally as needed for QBRs, strategic planning sessions, or executive alignment
