Job Description:

This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your marketing and/or sales expertise to drive business growth and ROI for top telecommunication companies in Japan. As a Strategic Partner Manager in Meta’s Telco Ecosystem Partnership team, you'll have the chance to develop and execute comprehensive partnerships between Meta and Japan’s telco industry - spanning advertising, product, and go-to-market of partnership programs. More broadly, this team helps to fuel the innovation and growth of Meta’s core products partnering with telcos and offers the scope to have a significant impact.

Job Responsibility:

  • Identify and prioritize strategic, long-term business opportunities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that align with clients' business objectives and drive revenue growth
  • Foster trusted relationships with CXOs, media heads, and other key stakeholders at top telcos
  • Navigate complex stakeholder ecosystems, influencing decision-making processes and driving alignment across multiple levels
  • Create and deliver compelling narratives that address clients' evolving needs, challenges, and opportunities
  • Analyse campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective sales strategies, leveraging market insights and intelligence to inform product development and go-to-market initiatives

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, consultative sales, partnerships and/or online advertising
  • Demonstrated expertise in marketing and media, with a practical understanding of how to leverage Brand and Performance campaigns to drive business results
  • Experience working with C-level executives, media heads, and other key stakeholders, with a capacity to influence decision-making processes
  • Track record in in project management and planning skills, with demonstrated experience developing and executing comprehensive partnership strategies
  • Relationship-building and stakeholder management, with a focus on navigating complex ecosystems and influencing decision-making processes
  • Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with proven track record to adapt to varied audiences and different perspectives
  • Full professional fluency in Japanese and English, to fully execute external and internal communication and business interactions
  • BA/BS Degree
