Job Description

Meta is seeking a strategic Business Messaging Partner Manager in our global Monetization Partnerships organization. The mission of Monetization Partnerships is to be the engine for business growth and innovation through partnerships. The ecosystem of partnerships spans many countries and ranges from startup ad tech to measurement, creative, messaging, signals and commerce companies in developing markets and works as an integral aspect of Meta's multi-billion-dollar global advertising business. This role will work with some of the most influential and exciting Business Messaging partners in Greater China to drive business growth and innovation for clients and partners. This role requires an experienced business development and partnerships professional who has proven commitment to partners, products and people.

Job Responsibility

  • Be the strategic advisor to the partner’s business growth to accelerate long term revenue and future-proof the strategic direction of the partner
  • Identify and translate market opportunities and challenges into a well-defined strategy that will accelerate the growth of the ecosystem in Greater China
  • Work with partners, across different stages of the partnership life cycle (emerging or established) to focus on their go-to-market plans with their clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence partner product development efforts both shorter term feature requests and long-term strategic roadmap
  • Become a thought-leader and exhibit confidence in presenting Meta to C-suite executives
  • Represent the team in events and evangelize the program to the industry and developer partners
  • Drive product adoption and growth as well as provide on-going education about new and existing Meta marketing products, especially those that leverage APIs and other advanced technology

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in partnerships, product or sales roles
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English are required as this role will collaborate with external stakeholders whose usual business language is Mandarin Chinese and English
  • Demonstrable understanding of how technology works, including an interest for Meta products and the digital marketing landscape
  • Proven experience in working successfully with cross-functional peers and stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Demonstrable project management and quantitative analytical skills, including experience in building Go-To-Market plans, lead and execute multiple time-sensitive projects in parallel
  • Relevant experience in Greater China tech ecosystem
  • Demonstrate an interest in Advertising and/or Business Messaging

  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
