Job Description

We are seeking a Strategic Partner Manager to join our Monetization Partnerships team, with a focus on supporting third-party partners who build on Brand Safety & Suitability, Viewability, and Signals solutions. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, providing solutions guidance, and identifying new opportunities for our products. You will work closely with our product teams, external partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute product strategies through third-parties that meet our business objectives.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new third-party partners, including data providers, marketing technology companies, and measurement platforms
  • Provide solutions guidance to partners on integrating Meta's signals and measurement solutions into their products and services
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through partnerships, collaborations, and strategic agreements
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including product, engineering, and policy teams, to ensure partner needs are being met and to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features, working closely with partners to drive adoption and revenue growth
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform partnership strategies and optimize partner offerings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement processes for onboarding, supporting, and managing partners
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including presenting to executive audiences and negotiating contracts
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a time-sensitive environment
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with partnerships, ensuring compliance with Meta's policies and regulations

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, product, or a related field
  • Understanding of the advertising and marketing technology ecosystem, including Brand Safety & Suitability and ads measurement solutions
  • Technical knowledge of APIs, data integration, and software development
  • Communication skills, with experience negotiating and influencing external partners
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience interpreting complex data sets and making informed decisions
  • Experience working in a time-sensitive, ever-changing environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field

Nice to have

  • Experience working with Brand Safety & Suitability platforms or similar technologies
  • Familiarity with Meta's products and services, including Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp
  • Knowledge of SQL, programming languages (e.g., Python, Java), or data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
  • Experience with contract negotiation, partnership agreement development, and deal closure
