Morpheus Enterprise is a hybrid cloud management platform that enables enterprises to provision, operate, and optimize workloads across on‑prem, hybrid, and edge environments. A strong partner ecosystem is foundational to the Morpheus platform, enabling customers to integrate best‑of‑breed infrastructure, PaaS, data, security, and operational tools. As a Principal Strategic Partner Engagement Engineer, you will play a critical role in expanding and strengthening the Morpheus ecosystem. This is a highly technical, externally facing role for an engineer who excels at deep product understanding, systems integration, and strategic partner engagement. Your success will be measured by how effectively partners are onboarded, integrated, and delivering real customer value on the Morpheus platform.

Requirements:
Strong engineering background with experience in cloud platforms, cloud management, or cloud operations
Hands‑on experience with system integrations, APIs, SDKs, and platform ecosystems
Proven ability to work directly with external partners—including technical onboarding, architecture reviews, and integration support
Solid understanding of cloud architectures, infrastructure platforms, and operational workflows
Ability to bridge technical depth with strategic thinking and customer outcomes
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across engineering, partners, and internal stakeholders
Comfort operating in ambiguous environments, defining structure and processes as the ecosystem evolves
