The Strategic Opportunities (“Strat Opps”) Summer Internship is a 10-week, project-based immersive experience for top finance professionals who want to help define how generative AI is deployed across the world’s leading investment banks, private equity firms, and investment institutions. Strat Opps participants operate as forward-deployed bankers/investors, staffed on high-impact projects across Rogo’s most strategic enterprise customers and internal initiatives. You will work directly with senior executives, investment bankers, investors, and internal product and GTM teams to design, deploy, and scale AI-powered workflows that materially change how finance operates.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work directly with investment banks, PE firms, and investment teams
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally across Product and GTM
  • Translate real financial workflows into product, deployment, and roadmap decisions
  • Support enterprise deployments, expansions, and ongoing adoption
  • Support active enterprise deals, including pricing, packaging, and commercial structuring
  • Support customer rollout and deployment strategies
  • Analyze adoption, usage, and retention metrics to inform expansion and renewals
  • Develop internal playbooks, enablement materials, and customer-facing content
  • Scope and support feature development or enterprise integrations
  • Support live deployments and strategic customer initiatives
  • Analyze usage, performance, and feedback to inform product decisions
  • Gain hands-on exposure to how enterprise AI products are built and scaled

Requirements:

  • MBA students at top-tier institutions (target graduation: Spring 2027)
  • 4+ years of top-tier front-office finance experience (IB, PE, investing, or equivalent)
  • Exceptional ownership mindset and execution ability
  • Strong curiosity about AI, technology, and the future of finance
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
