Acting as a key bridge between the executive suite and daily operations, you will be responsible for diagnosing complex organizational challenges, designing scalable systems, and leading cross-functional projects that will shape the future of our regional growth.
Job Responsibility:
Strategic Transformation: Lead and manage end-to-end strategic initiatives to innovate and improve the organization’s operational 'way of working'
Internal Consultancy: Diagnose operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies through deep analysis of existing business processes and workflows
Scalable Solution Design: Design and implement highly efficient, scalable systems and processes that align with the company’s long-term business goals
Cross-Functional Project Leadership: Manage project teams across different departments to ensure milestones are met and strategic objectives are realized
Executive Reporting: Monitor the progress of all initiatives and create clear, data-driven reports for senior leadership to facilitate informed decision-making
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field
Professional certifications in Design Thinking, Agile, or Project Management (PMP) are highly desirable
At least 2 years in Strategic Operations, Business Analysis, Management Consulting, or Operational Excellence
Experience managing diverse stakeholders and performing rigorous data and financial analysis to support business cases
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for complex modeling and high-level presentations
