We are seeking a high-caliber Strategic Operations Lead to join the Global Membership team. Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale, global program cycles, ensuring consistency in member experience across all markets
Create standardized playbooks and governance models that allow for the seamless scaling of global initiatives
Act as the central point of contact for cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness for major program milestones
Analyze global program performance to identify drivers of member engagement and financial health
Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of global commercial efforts and member-facing value propositions
Translate complex data into actionable insights for executive leadership to inform the future roadmap of the program
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in strategic operations, management consulting, tech-strategy, or a related commercial role
