Job Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of meetings and events of all sizes within a Strategic Meetings Management Program
  • Source, contract, and negotiate venues and suppliers to deliver the best outcomes for clients
  • Own event budgets from creation through reconciliation, while identifying opportunities to maximise value
  • Build and manage registration websites, timelines, and project systems to keep everything running smoothly
  • Be the main point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teams—clear, confident, and customer-focused
  • Ensure seamless execution across logistics, data management, and on-site requirements
  • Identify risks early and proactively implement smart solutions
  • Build strong, long-term client and supplier relationships that drive repeat business
  • Support business growth through pitches, proposals, and new opportunities
  • Share your expertise by mentoring team members and participating in ongoing training

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in project or meeting management
  • Demonstrated effective customer service skills
  • Well-connected negotiator across all major suppliers and relevant MICE products/destinations
  • Strong market and product knowledge
  • Self motivated, independent, highly-organised and hungry to grow

  • Be part of a fast-paced, high energy, team supporting Strategic Systems Programs Re-Entry Branch on the Sea Launched Cruise Missile (SLCM-N) program as the Logistics and Fleet Integration Lead Engineer. This unique and challenging role requires a strong understanding of both Department of Energy (DOE) nuclear weapon systems and Department of War (DoW) delivery platforms. The successful candidate will serve as a key technical liaison, managing complex interfaces, ensuring system compatibility, and driving successful integration activities throughout the program lifecycle. The candidate should be familiar with nuclear weapon programs and be able to manage multiple teams for fleet coordination and logistics activities. This position will require the candidate to represent the Re-Entry Branch at various meetings and have a comprehensive understanding of how to lead and manage a project from start to finish. Primary Technical Integrator - Serve as the lead technical point of contact for integrating DOE‑designed components into shore and fleet operations, coordinating work across multiple government and industry stakeholders
  • Fleet Support Integration - Lead integration efforts across Fleet Support activities, ensuring logistics, production, maintenance, and operational readiness requirements are synchronized with enterprise objectives
  • Requirements & Lifecycle Engineering - Translate fleet operational needs into actionable engineering and logistics requirements
