Job Responsibility:
Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing plans for three key segments: B2B (developers/architects), Dealer Networks, and D2C
Act as a proactive partner to the sales organization, coaching teams on marketing-driven techniques to enhance performance
Mentor and guide an internal team, including a Digital Marketing Specialist and Content Creator, while managing relationships with external agencies
Conduct market research to monitor competitive activity and identify new opportunities for growth in North America
Manage the marketing budget and oversee campaigns across digital (Meta, Google), print, events, and PR, ensuring high ROI and brand consistency
Collaborate with product and executive teams to ensure marketing initiatives are fully integrated with organizational goals
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in marketing management, with a proven track record of influencing high-level strategy
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
Experience in the building solutions, construction, or architectural sectors is highly desirable
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex market data into actionable, results-oriented plans
Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
A positive, outgoing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and possesses a hands-on approach
Familiarity with CRM systems, analytics tools, and digital marketing platforms
