My client is a leading insurance company and they are looking for a highly motivated individual to provide strategic support to senior management.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct research on insurance market landscape across Hong Kong and the GBA, focusing on general economic trends, technology innovation, and ESG developments
  • Prepare concise, insightful research briefs, summaries, and business plans to senior management for strategic decision-making
  • Assist to formulate, articulate and documentation of the strategic road map
  • Create and deliver high-quality, executive-level presentations, reports, and briefing documents and regular updates, translating complex data into clear, compelling narratives for the Senior leadership team
  • To responsible for conducting in-depth market research, developing strategic roadmaps, and ensuring seamless communication and coordination with key internal and external entities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree of relevant experience
  • With 5 years experience in research and consulting firms
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with C-level executives
  • Capable of handling highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
  • Exceptional quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with demonstrable proficiency in market research
  • Immediate available is a must
